Visitors arrive to view the Presidio Tunnel Tops in San Francisco on Sunday, July 17, 2022. Today was the grand opening for this 14-acre parkland featuring interactive play and education facilities for youth and families. Construction of the Presidio Tunnel Tops began in 2013 and was built over the U.S. Highway 101 tunnels.Nothing reveals the character of a city more than it way it opens a present.
