Nov. 28

10:06 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects entered a store, grabbed merchandise and fled northbound in a turquoise Nissan Altima with no license plate.

12:33 a.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Highway 17: A woman, 33, and a man, 48, were in a stolen Toyota Siena van. The woman got out and ran and was located hiding in the bushes nearby. The man was in the passenger’s seat, and a pipe was located on him. The woman had several warrants.

3:28 a.m. in the 900 block of Campisi Way: Two suspect tripped the motion alarm at the complex. One suspect, a 36-year-old man, was located inside the complex, and the other fled. The man had meth in his pocket and possessed bolt cutters. The suspects broke the alarm sensor on a door to gain access.

Nov. 29

6 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 29, was causing a disturbance. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was also on parole.

Overnight in the 300 block of Union Avenue: Someone damaged the passenger’s side door lock on a vehicle.

11:50 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Three suspects entered and stole merchandise. They fled in a gray 2016 Buick sedan. The same suspects stole from a store in San Jose on Nov. 28.

Overnight in the 300 block of Hedegard Avenue: Someone stole the rear license plate from a black Infinity.

3 a.m. in the 2100 block of Abbey Lane: Someone stole the catalytic converter from a white 2001 Honda Accord.

6 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Three suspects stole merchandise.

Nov. 30

Overnight in the 1100 block of West Latimer Avenue: Someone stole cash and a debit card from a wallet.

Overnight in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone broke into a car.

Overnight in the 1100 block of Archer Way: Someone stole the catalytic convertor from a Honda Odyssey.

Overnight in the 900 block of Gwen Drive: The catalytic convertor was stolen from a 2010 Toyota Prius.

1:47 p.m. in the 400 block of Dunster Drive: A man, 28, was speeding and collided with a trash can and a garage door. He was arrested for DUI.

2:55 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Highway 17: A man, 29, got into an altercation with the victim after a minor collision. He broke the victim’s car window with a skateboard then punched the victim, knocking him out.

8:01 p.m. in the 1100 block of Robway Avenue: A man, 32, and a woman, 45, both had glass pipes with residue, and the man had a misdemeanor warrant.

8:01 p.m. in the 1100 block of Robway Avenue: The suspect was at the victim’s residence in violation of a served no-contact restraining order. The suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival, and the victim wanted prosecution.

10:57 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 48, and a woman, 47, were seen walking away from a vehicle that had methamphetamine in plain view. The man gave a false ID, was in possession of methamphetamine and had a felony warrant. The woman had fentanyl and methamphetamine in her possession. During a search of the vehicle, personal ID information was located for more than 10 victims, along with a printer, a laptop and drug paraphernalia.

1:52 a.m. in the 100 block of Rose Court: A man, 56, was served with a restraining order after a domestic violence incident on Sunday and EPRO was served. He tonight in violation of the restraining order.

3:39 a.m. at Camden and South Bascom avenues: A woman, 40,  was stopped for a vehicle code violation and had a misdemeanor warrant.

4:06 p.m. in the 1100 block of Arroyo Seco Drive: Someone stole items from the victim’s porch.

Dec. 1

7 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A car was stolen.

Overnight in the 900 block of Apricot Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle.

Overnight at Millich Drive and Hamilton Avenue: A trailer was stolen.

1:45 p.m. in the 14000 block of South Bascom Avenue: The victim waived her finger in front of the suspect’s face, and the suspect moved her hand away. The victim requested prosecution.

2:47 p.m. in the 700 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man, 38, entered a bank and attempted to pass a fraudulent check.

6:24 p.m. in the 300 block of Union Avenue: During an argument, a man, 36, struck the victim twice in the face, causing a bloody nose, redness to the face and possibly a broken tooth. A restraining order was served.

8:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A transient man, 40, was causing a disturbance inside of a business. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

8:48 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Bascom Avenue: A transient man, 26, was contacted for shoplifting at a store. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant, in possession of drug paraphernalia and a shaved key, and on parole.

8:35 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A transient man, 34, was calling for help while of a store. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.

12:46 a.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and April Way: A man, 42, was in possession of methamphetamine.

4:04 a.m. in the 400 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Two suspects forced entry into a business.

Dec. 2

8 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A catalytic convertor was stolen from a 2007 Honda.

5:37 p.m. in the 100 block of Adler Avenue: A man, 52, got into a physical altercation with the victim over his daughter, who is dating the victim. The man brandished a knife and threatened the victim, then punched the victim in the face, causing a bloody nose.

Dec. 3

7:18 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: A transient man, 60, was contacted after he called about a dispute with his girlfriend. He had a misdemeanor warrant for domestic violence.

12:12 a.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and East Latimer Avenue: A woman, 38, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

12:48 a.m. at West Campbell and Victor avenues: A woman, 59, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

2:40 a.m. at East Hamilton and Salmar avenues: A man, 40, and a woman, 18, were stopped for a vehicle code violation. The man was in possession of approximately 3 oz of marijuana, and the woman was in possession of methamphetamine.

1:11 p.m. at Salmar and Hamilton avenues: A woman, 33, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. She was arrested for having outstanding warrants. A search of her car revealed she was in possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine and burglary tools. Additionally, her 8-year-old son was placed in danger by her because the drugs and paraphernalia were accessible to him.

Overnight in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The rear plate was stolen from a 2017 Honda.

6:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Three suspects stole merchandise and fled in a white SUV.

11:34 p.m. at Orchard City Drive and South First Street: A man, 37, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

1:42 a.m. at Railway and Kennedy avenues: A man, 41, was driving on VTA tracks. Officers contacted him and determined he was driving under the influence of alcohol.

3:53 a.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: Two men were driving a stolen Subaru. During a search of the vehicle, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, a checkbook and two driver’s licenses were located.

Dec. 4

1:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of Bismark Drive: A white 2006 panel van was stolen.

10:50 p.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Creekside Drive: A man, 42, and a woman, 37, were stopped for vehicle code violations. The man  was in possession of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe. The woman was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe.

1:20 a.m. in the 600 block of Allerton Loop: Someone stole a package from outside the front door.
