Sylvester Stallone has put his Hamptons-style estate in guard-gated Hidden Hills on the market for $22.5 million.
The asking price is 24% more than the $18.15 million he paid for the property in February 2022.
Completed in 2014, the four-bedroom 10,460-square-foot residence with eight bathrooms sits on over 2 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac.
“This magnificent reimagined estate provides every amenity and feature desired for the ultimate in equestrian living,” the listing reads.
The grounds include a self-contained guest house, a four-stall barn with a tack room and a private riding arena.
Double-door entry doors open into the primary residence’s two-story foyer with a staircase and balcony. Beyond is an eat-in gourmet kitchen with a large center island, which flows into the great room with vaulted and beamed ceilings.
A fireplace and sliding glass doors are features of that space where the Stallone family recently appeared in a Christmas video post on Instagram.
In the video, Stallone — the 76-year-old star of the “Rocky” and “Rambo” franchises who now portrays an enterprising mafia capo in exile on the Paramount+ series “Tulsa King — stands with his arms over two of his daughters’ shoulders and wife Jennifer Flavin showing off their fuzzy slippers.
Dirt.com reports the house has a mirrored gym, a home theater and a wine cellar with a tasting room.
The spacious primary suite boasts two walk-in closets and an ensuite bathroom with a steam shower and a soaking tub. A private balcony overlooks the resort-style backyard with its pool and spa, cabana and outdoor kitchen.
Fruit-bearing citrus and avocado trees add to the landscape.
Jordan Cohen of Re/Max One holds the listing.
Stallone and Flavin plan to spend their time at the couple’s $35 million Palm Beach mansion, TMZ reports.
