San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers said Saturday that the shooting took place just before midnight after the family asked the gunman to stop firing rounds in his yard because they were trying to sleep. Capers says authorities were still searching for 38-year-old Francisco Oropeza following the shooting in the town of Cleveland. Capers said there were 10 people in the house but that no one else was injured. He says the victims were between the ages of 8 and about 40 years old.
