Staff from the Moffett Field Historical Society Museum will present “A History of Moffett Field” on Monday, June 5, at Sunnyvale’s Heritage Park Museum. Attendees can learn about the Naval Air Station commissioned in the early 1930s that brought the dirigible Macon, pictured—the first aircraft carriers—to the West Coast.June 5 presentation covers history of Naval Air Station.
