The Sand Creek Focus Area in southern Antioch is the focus of Measure T, which would limit devlopment there. Developers Zeka Group and Richfield/Oak Hill Park, though, recently took legal action to keep Measure T, formerly known as "Let Antioch Voters Decide Initiative," from being on the Nov. 2020 ballot. The measure would make a requirement for voter approval of any change to the urban limit line permanent and restrict development in the Sand Creek Focus Area of southern Antioch.The Ranch at Antioch's southern edge will be built in three phases
