BART is experiencing major, system-wide delays caused by power issues on the San Francisco line Saturday afternoon.

There is no estimate of when service will return to normal, the agency said. BART told riders to consider using alternative transportation during the delays

There was also no Red Line service between Richmond and Millbrae as of Saturday afternoon. Riders traveling from Richmond should transfer from a Berryessa train at MacArthur to a SFO/Millbrae train, while passengers traveling from Millbrae should transfer at 19th St from a SFO/Antioch train to a Richmond train.

Service was restored on the Yellow, Blue and Green lines just after 2 p.m.
