June 26
0654 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Two suspects were contacted in a vehicle. One admitted to having fentanyl in her possession and was also in possession of methamphetamine, Xanax, and syringes. The other was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and methamphetamine, and was under the influence of a controlled substance. A search of the vehicle revealed a loaded .22 rifle and brass knuckles.
11:32 a.m. in the 300 block of North Leigh Avenue: A woman fraudulently rented a house to the victim, who paid $1,300 in cash as a security deposit.
11:55 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Two suspects stole $2,000 worth of items and fled the scene in a black Nissan sedan.
1 p.m. in the 1300 block of Sheffield Avenue: Someone stole a wallet and used the victim’s credit card at Nordstrom in San Jose.
7:09 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Winchester Boulevard: A man, 44, was stopped for a traffic violation. He had objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was found to be DUI.
9:35 p.m. at the Campbell Community Center: A man, 23, was reportedly covered in blood as he walked barefoot around the track. He was actually covered in paint, and he had an outstanding warrant.
12:06 p.m. in the 00 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Officers responded to an alarm. During a perimeter check, a man, 26, was walking away from the area. A broken window was then discovered, and he admitted he committed the vandalism.
2:57 a.m. in the 1300 block of West Campbell Avenue: A man, 34, was yelling outside a business. He was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
8:30 p.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue: A dark gray gravel bike was stolen.
June 27
9:10 a.m. in the 700 block of Duncanville Court: Someone threw a can of paint over the back fence, causing damage.
7:37 a.m. in the 200 block of North Central Avenue: A man, 49 was looking into the victim’s windows and told the victim he was with PG&E. He was too intoxicated to care for himself and was arrested.
7:38 a.m. at Grant Street and North Central Avenue: Jorge Lopez Jr., 58, had two outstanding warrants and was in possession of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe.
3:30 p.m. in the 300 block of North Third Street: Someone went into a business and stole multiple wallets. The suspect later used the victims’ credit cards at Nordstrom in San Jose.
3:12 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Two suspects entered a store and stole items.
2:28 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 29, and a woman, 26, were contacted in a vehicle. The man was in possession of paraphernalia, Xanax and Fentanyl. The woman was in possession of drug paraphernalia and Fentanyl.
11:33 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: An employee’s electric scooter was stolen.
June 28
11:04 a.m. in the 600 block of West Sunnyoaks Avenue: A man, 20, called to report an argument with the mother of his child. Upon arrival, He was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest totaling $50,000.
11:49 a.m. in the 1300 block of Whiteoaks Avenue: A man received a phone call stating that his white 2012 Kia Sorrento, reported stolen out of San Jose on June 27, was left in a parking lot. The car was located unoccupied.
7:20 p.m. in the 200 block of Railway Avenue: A bicycle was stolen from a garage.
7:15 p.m. in the 200 block of Oak Tree Lane: A package was stolen from the front porch.
1 a.m. in the 600 block of West Campbell Avenue: Three suspects on bicycles broke the windows to a building then fled.
June 29
3:33 p.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: During an argument, a woman, 30, slapped her husband in the face. She was transported to the Santa Clara County Main Jail, where she was booked.
7:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Sunnybrook Court: A man, 43 threw a cellphone at his wife, hitting her in the thigh and causing a bruise.
7:15 p.m. at Camden and Parson avenues: A man, 44, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant, and in possession of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
June 30
9:35 p.m. on West Hamilton Avenue: A woman, 54, and a man 67, were seen inside a store with a small revolver. Officers contacted them and found the small revolver was a cap gun. Both suspects had misdemeanor warrants and were found to be under the influence of a stimulant. The woman was in possession of methamphetamine and a credit card not belonging to her.
1:14 a.m. on Adler Avenue: A man, 32, was involved in dispute with the victim and left on foot. He was contacted down the road and found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
4:23 a.m. on South Bascom Avenue: During a physical altercation, a woman, 22, punched the victim in nose, causing it to bleed.
July 1
11:55 p.m. at Orchard City Drive and South Second Street: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items.
2:15 a.m. at South Bascom and East Hamilton avenues: A man, 77, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
3:59 a.m. at Curtner and Camden avenues: A woman, 37, and a man, 41, were stopped for a vehicle code violation. The woman was in possession of billy club, burglary tools and drug paraphernalia. The man was in possession of burglary tools.
Overnight at Sobrato Drive and Waldo Road: Someone smashed the window to a vehicle.
Overnight on West Hacienda Avenue: Someone smashed the window to a vehicle and ransacked the car. Nothing was taken.
Overnight on West Sunnyoaks Avenue and Emory Ln.: Someone smashed the window to two vehicles and ransacked the cars. Nothing was taken.
Overnight on San Tomas Aquino Road: Someone smashed the window to two vehicles and stole power and hand tools.
Overnight on West Rincon Avenue: Someone stole a vehicle and left a different vehicle with a punched ignition still running in its place. It was determined that the car had been stolen overnight from San Jose.
Overnight on Cypress Lane: Someone entered a residence through an unlocked door and stole the victim’s wallet and car keys, which were just inside the entryway. The suspect then used the keys to steal the victim’s vehicle. The vehicle was seen in the area of Stevens Creek and Winchester Boulevard at approximately 7:22 a.m.
Overnight on California Street and Budd Avenue: Someone smashed the window to a vehicle, removed the steering wheel column and tampered with the ignition.
4:50 p.m. on Apricot Avenue: After an argument, a man, 32, intentionally struck the victim’s unoccupied vehicle as he left, causing damage.
July 2
6:41 p.m. on South Bascom Avenue: A man, 62, collided with a pillar in the garage. He was found to be DUI and was arrested.
12:29 a.m. at Union and Curtner avenues: A man, 19, was stopped for a traffic violation and was found to be DUI.
10:36 a.m. on West Rincon Avenue: A man, 44, had his dog running around off leash. He was contacted and began to threaten officers and took a fighting stance. He was taken into custody.
3:23 p.m. at Bascom Avenue and Campisi Way: A transient man, 58, was passed out on the sidewalk and was too intoxicated to care for himself.
3:37 p.m. on South Bascom Avenue: Someone brandished a large knife at the victim and chased him out of the restaurant.
