Traffic passes under the Interstate 580 underpass as artists Robert Minervini, of Oakland, and Lev Bogusiewicz, of San Francisco, work on a "Castro Valley" mural on Redwood Road in Castro Valley, Calif., on Friday, July 19, 2019. The mural is one of three overpass commissioned by the Alameda County Arts Commission. The other murals will have names of two other unincorporated communities Ashland and Cherryland.
