7:45 a.m. in the 00 block of Kennedy Avenue: A man, 56, was on the property and refused to leave after being admonished by staff.
12:49 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 51, cut a security tag off of a pair of shoes in a store. He was in possession of a pair of pliers and an ID that did not belong to him.
1:58 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 58, was causing a disturbance outside a bank. He was stopped, threw his wallet at officers and tried to spit on them.
3:20 p.m. in the 200 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone threw something at the back window of a business, causing it to break.
3:40 p.m. in the 100 block of John Kirk Court: Someone stole packages from a porch.
10:32 p.m. at Campbell Avenue and Civic Center Drive: During an argument, a 17-year-old threw something at a car and broke the back window. They were cited and released to a parent.
4:41 a.m. in the 100 block of Rincon Avenue: Officers located a silver 2005 GMC Sierra pick-up that was reported stolen out of Lodi on Aug. 27.
Aug. 29
5:42 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Officers responded to a report of a baby with fractured ribs and other injuries. A man, 22, admitted dropping the baby multiple times over the last month. He was placed under arrest.
10:59 p.m. at Campbell and Gilman avenues: A driver, 27, was stopped for a traffic violation and was found to be driving while intoxicated.
11:56 p.m. in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 42, reported he was being followed by armed people, which was unfounded. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and was arrested.
Overnight in the 600 block of East Campbell Avenue: Someone damaged the cement near the basketball courts.
2:04 pm. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone took watches and fled.
Aug. 30
Overnight in the 1500 block of White Oaks Road: Someone cut the wires to a city streetlight.
2:44 p.m. in the 00 block of Superior Drive: Someone obtained the victim’s personal ID information and used it to make online purchases in another state.
Aug. 31
12:19 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone was seen attempting to break into the storage area of a school.
12:39 p.m. at Burrows Road and Estrellita Way: A woman, 41, was involved in a single vehicle collision and was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
10:41 p.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue: Two men were fighting, and one was reportedly throwing things. They were contacted, but one man, 58, refused to stop. At one point he took a fighting stance and refused to comply. Officers subdued him, and he was taken into custody. The other man, 53, was found to be drunk in public and was seen on video throwing a stanchion toward employees.
2:06 a.m. at Curtner Avenue and Mcglincy Lane: A driver, 36, was stopped for a traffic violation and was found to have an outstanding warrant. They also possessed drug paraphernalia and misappropriated found property.
Sept. 1
9:29 a.m. in the 200 block of Watson Drive: The suspect, 44, was seen on video breaking the windows and slashing the tires to a 2019 Honda.
9:43 p.m. at East Hamilton and South Bascom avenues: A woman, 33, was reported as a reckless driver and displayed signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication. She was found to have been driving under the influence of alcohol and was arrested.
12:16 a.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and East Rosemary: Two men were stopped for a vehicle code violation. One had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for his arrest. The other was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
2:06 a.m. at West Campbell Avenue and San Tomas Expressway: A man, 24, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He displayed signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was found to have been driving under the influence of alcohol.
3:11 a.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and Budd Avenue: A woman, 53, was contacted and found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for her arrest. She was also in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Sept. 2
7:26 a.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: A man, 27, was causing a disturbance in the park and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.
3600 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone gained access into the victim’s garage and stole several items.
12:12 p.m. at South Bascom and Pamlar avenues: A man, 47, had a misdemeanor warrant. He is a convicted felon and was in possession of methamphetamine, a glass pipe and pepper spray.
1:39 p.m. in the 900 block of Gwen Drive: Someone vandalized a vehicle and fled on foot.
5:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Bascom Court: Someone made entry into a vehicle and stole equipment.
6:59 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 44, was contacted after causing a disturbance. He repeatedly identified himself using a false name and date of birth. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself and was placed under arrest.
8:02 p.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Almarida Drive: A man, 51, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was on formal, searchable probation and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and was driving with a suspended driver’s license.
3:17 a.m. in the 50 block of Heritage Village Lane: Three teens were seen breaking into and stealing a white Hyundai in the parking lot. As officers arrived, one suspect fled the scene at a high rate of speed in a white SUV. Another suspect had successfully started the Hyundai but fled on foot with the third suspect, who had been attempting to steal a silver Kia Soul that was parked nearby. They failed to put the Hyundai in park, and it collided into a parked vehicle. All three teens were eventually apprehended, one after he was involved in a collision near Greentree Way in San Jose.
Sept. 3
4:05 a.m. in the 800 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Two suspects entered a business and took products.
10:45 a.m. in the 2100 block of West Winchester Boulevard: A man, 42 ordered breakfast and did not pay for it for the second time.
Overnight in the 1000 block of Monica Lane: A silver Hyundai Sonata was stolen.
7:09 p.m. in the 500 block of West Rincon Avenue: A man, 36, hit two vehicles and fled. He was contacted at his residence and found to be DUI. He admitted to getting into the collision, and the victim positively identified him as the driver.
9:29 p.m. at South First Street and Sunnyside Avenue: Someone smashed the window to a 2008 Silver Hyundai.
3:36 a.m. in the 400 block of East McGlincy Lane: A man, 34, was stopped for a vehicle code violation on a bike. During a search, he was found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe.
