Riverside County has released Child Protective Services documents on the investigation that was conducted on the Fisher family a year before two children and a woman died in a fire at their Lake Elsinore-area home. The children’s mother, Devinn Fisher, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for her role in what was called a neglect case.
