Nov. 27

1500 block of Dell Avenue: Someone took $20,000 worth of tools.

Overnight in the 100 block of Echo Drive: Someone broke the window to a 2009 Ford E-350 and damaged the ignition.

1000 block of Florence Way: Someone broke into a 2023 Ford Transit, damaged the ignition and took tools.

Overnight in the 100 block of Morrene Drive: Someone broke the window to a 2023 Ford Transit van and rummaged through it.

9:26 a.m. in the 600 block of Beta Court: A man, 32, was passed out and fentanyl was seen. He was contacted, and cocaine, several fentanyl pills and a loaded handgun were located. A search warrant was conducted on his apartment, where more pills and suspected cocaine were located.

Nov. 28

11:05 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects entered and took numerous items.

2 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone took the victim’s unattended car key when she set it on the counter.

Overnight in the 100 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road: Someone broke into a Hyundai Elantra and took items.

4:32 p.m. in the 400 block of Darryl Drive: Someone stole a package from the victim’s porch.

5 p.m. in the 600 block of Gamma Court: Someone the victim’s license plate from his 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe.

6:45 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects stole merchandise.

8:22 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 35, was stopped by loss prevention employees for shoplifting. He admitted shoplifting and was also in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and was booked.

Nov. 29

Overnight in the 1200 block of White Oaks Road: A 2015 Ford box truck was stolen.

3 p.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A bicycle was stolen.

7:03 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue.: Approximately 10-12 masked juvenile suspects entered a store and stole merchandise.

7:53 p.m. in the 00 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road: A man, 60, was causing a disturbance and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He took a fighting stance and raised his fists above his head. He was placed under arrest without incident and booked into jail.

10:30 p.m. on the Los Gatos Creek Trail: Someone lit a “warming” fire that got out of control and burned a portion of the creek bed. Santa Clara County Fire responded and quickly extinguished the fire.

1:10 a.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Highway 17: A man, 44, was stopped for multiple vehicle code violations. He was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and had two outstanding warrants.

Nov. 30

Overnight in the 100 block of Curtner Avenue: Someone forced entry into a storage unit and stole an item.

2 a.m. in the 900 block of South San Tomas Aquino Road: When the victim returned home, the suspect chased him into the room and smashed his arm in the door frame. The suspect threatened to kill the victim, and the victim feared for his life.

4:40 p.m. at South McGlincy Lane and Curtner Avenue: An officer located an unoccupied stolen Ford box truck.

6:45 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects entered a store and concealed merchandise in a stroller before leaving without paying.

8:18 p.m. at West Hamilton Avenue and Darryl Drive: A driver collided with a vehicle but failed to stop and provide his information. He stopped his vehicle nearby, where he was contacted. He was found to be DUI and was placed under arrest.

Dec. 1

2500 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man lost his wallet and it was turned into lost and found. It was later discovered an employee, 20, took the wallet out of lost and found without permission.

2:17 p.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: An officer located an unoccupied stolen red 2014 Honda CV-R.

6 a.m. in the 400 block of Kuehnis Drive: Someone gained access to the victim’s EBT card and made purchases.

7:42 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A woman, 27, was passed out at the wheel. She had an outstanding warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle and was in possession of heroin and a pipe. She was found to be DUI on drugs and was arrested.

9:23 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 36, was contacted during a disturbance and had an outstanding warrant. He was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and cocaine.

12:42 a.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man, 24, was contacted during a disturbance he refused to leave. He was too intoxicated to care for himself and was arrested.

2:19 a.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: A man  was contacted after his ex-girlfriend reported that he was repeatedly knock on her door. He fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival.

2:51 a.m. in the 600 block of North Central Avenue: A man, 40, was passed out in his vehicle and found to be DUI.

4:59 a.m. in the 1800 block of Dry Creek Road: An officer located a red 1994 Acura Integra stolen out of San Leandro.

5:10 p.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue:  A man, 30, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of syringes, methamphetamine and burglary tools.

Dec. 2

7:04 a.m. at Marathon Drive and West Hamilton Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items.

7:09 a.m. at Bismarck and Phoenix drives: An unknown Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items.

Overnight in the 00 block of Hunt Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items.

1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 31, stole items from store, and as he was leaving, he punched a loss prevention officer in the mouth, causing injuries. He then brandished a hatchet at another victim. The suspect fled to a fast food restaurant, where he was contacted and taken into custody. He was under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of a methamphetamine pipe.

7:37 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Two men entered a store and stole items.

11:35 p.m. in the 800 block of South San Tomas Aquino Road: A 2013 Kia Optima was located. Officers contacted the victim, who had recovered their vehicle without notifying police.

2:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Orchard City Drive: A man, 29, was reported drinking in the parking lot and threatened security staff.

Dec. 3

12:30 p.m. at West Parr Avenue and Winchester Boulevard: Officers located a Ford Ranger stolen out of Santa Cruz.

3:42 p.m.at  Winchester Boulevard and Budd Avenue: A driver, 29, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to have a meth pipe.
