Applications for occupancy at Westport Senior Apartments are open through Feb. 16. Consisting of 48 new units, these apartments provide affordable rental housing opportunities for seniors ages 62 and older.
The complex on Stevens Creek Boulevard is being administered by Buckingham Property Management. Amenities include a community room with a kitchenette, laundry facilities, bicycle storage and security features.

State of the City
The city of Cupertino will hold the 2024 State of the City address Feb. 15 in partnership with the Cupertino Rotary and Chamber of Commerce.

Bikeways construction
Phase 3 of the McClellan Road Separated Bikeways Project is underway, with construction expected to be complete by the end of May. The project is located at the intersection of De Anza Boulevard and McClellan Road/Pacifica Drive and includes modification of the traffic signals, reconfiguration of the intersection layout and new bicycle and pedestrian facilities.
Traffic in all directions is expected to be maintained during construction, but motorists can expect minor delays. Anticipated work hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on eastbound McClellan Road and De Anza Boulevard, and 8 a.m.-6 p.m. on Pacifica Drive. For project updates, visit bit.ly/3SdoMg5.
