(Photo by On.Scene TV)Police fatally shot a man in his 70s Tuesday believed to be a robber who entered a Fullerton bank branch wearing a mask and told the teller he had a bomb, authorities said. Police later learned he was in possession of a facsimile device built to resemble an actual bomb.
