In total, 13 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $2.9 million, $1,652 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of February 19 to the week of March 3 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
10. $1.3 million, condominium in the 200 block of Ventura Ave.
A sale has been finalized for the condominium in the 200 block of Ventura Ave. in Palo Alto. The price was $1,250,000 and the new owners took over the condominium in February.
