H-1B visa: Feds say they fixed loophole that opened way for massive fraud

He has been working in the U.S. on an H-1B visa but his visa expired before he was approved for a green card. He can no longer work in the U. S. but he stays here while he waits hoping to get his green card. Siddique has been in the US since 1987. He went to school at Ohio State University. He is originally from Pakistan.

Soon after the new system began, a number of employers started creating new companies and working together to submit multiple registrations for the same workers to up their lottery odds.
