New El Camino COO
El Camino Health last month hired Tracey Lewis Taylor to serve as chief operating officer.
Taylor previously held the same position at Stanford Health Tri-Valley, and she began her tenure with El Camino Health on May 20. Taylor will oversee inpatient areas, nursing and patient experience and will spearhead initiatives to “achieve cultural and operations excellence,” according to a release.
“We’re thrilled to add someone with Tracey’s operational experience and leadership skills to our organization,” Dan Woods, chief executive officer at El Camino Health, said in the release.
Taylor oversaw Stanford Health’s five-year strategic plan and annual operational plan during her time there, and before that held leadership positions at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
