A Blackhawk mansion built by developer Kenneth Hofmann, who once co-owned the Oakland A’s and the Seattle Seahawks, has been listed for $7.488 million.
Hofmann originally built the 7,410-square-foot property in 1986; since then, the home has had nearly $6 million in upgrades.
This includes a private wing for the primary suite, a chef’s kitchen and a wine cellar. The backyard touts a caterer’s kitchen, pergola with mounted flatscreens, a pool and and a spa. Panoramic views of the adjacent golf course and hillside abound.

The estate was purchased in 1997 by Don Kingsborough, former president of Atari and the former head of retail at PayPal. He is also the former CEO of Worlds of Wonder, where he was the creator of the popular talking teddy bear Teddy Ruxpin. He lived in the home until 2000.
