Paul Mountford, CEO of Protegrity, is selling the Spanish-style home built in 1919 known as “Stonewater.” The 3,653-square-foot property has four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the main residence, as well as a private suite with its own entrance. Multiple sets of folding doors on the property offer easy access to patios and boast dramatic views of the ocean.
Various stone walkways also lead to gardens and outdoor entertaining spaces with fireplaces on the property as well as a small vineyard.

Brad Pitt purchased the nearby D.L. James House in 2022 for $40 million. He had reportedly been eyeing the property since the 1990s.
