The sold-out D23 fan event returns to the Anaheim Convention Center on Friday, Aug. 9 through Sunday, Aug. 11 with exhibits, panels, presentations and shopping tied to all things Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars.
The free D23 Mickey hats will be available while supplies last at 8 a.m. when the Anaheim theme parks open to the general public. Disneyland opens early for Disney hotel guests at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday.
You don’t need to have tickets to the sold out D23 event at the convention center to get your free hat at Disneyland or DCA — you just need a ticket or an annual pass and a reservation to one of the parks.
It’s always great to get a free gift — especially a Mickey hat that retails for $18 to $28 on ShopDisney. Unfortunately you won’t be able to get your name embroidered on the D23 hats.
