About 30 sex offenders living in Rohnert Park were checked for compliance with the terms of their supervision and registration requirements Friday, resulting in two arrests, police said.

The Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety said it arrested 20-year-old Enzo Rafelly Oliva for attempted sexual exploitation of a child by attempting to exchange child pornography.

A 45-year-old man, Paul Michael Giro, was arrested by Sonoma County Probation for a violation of his probation, police said without disclosing details.

A third sex offender, who was not identified, is being investigated by the Sonoma County Probation Department for a violation of their Post Release Community Supervision, police said.

The public safety department “currently has a 100% registration compliance rate of registered sex offenders in our community,” police said.

With the assistance of Sonoma County Probation and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Parole, police said, “we are able to hold these offenders accountable when they are not abiding by their terms and conditions set forth by their formal supervision and registration requirements.”
