The Santa Clara County Fairgrounds in San Jose will be the site of the county's first Veterans Stand Down, a resource fair for veterans on July 8-9, 2023.Carnival rides, fair food, stunt shows and a Los Lobos concert are part of this year's fair, which runs July 30 through Aug. 3.
