Serra water polo player Colin Wright is the Bay Area News Group’s boys high school athlete of the week for Aug. 25-30.
In online voting that ended at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Wright finished with 43.4% of the votes. Liberty water polo player Jack Lorenz took second at 30.7%.
Congratulations to all the candidates for this week’s recognition.
Wright, a junior, scored four goals and dished out two assists in Serra’ 14-7 win over Carmel.
