Cardi B is defending boyfriend Stefon Diggs amid assault allegations by his former personal chef.

The accuser, who has not been publicly identified, claims the New England Patriots wide receiver physically assaulted her during a disagreement over money on Dec. 2.

“She said that they began to discuss this, which apparently angered the male,” police said in a report. “She alleges that the male then smacked her across the face. She said that she tried to push him away. The male then tried to choke her using the crook of his elbow around her neck.”

Diggs has since been charged with felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery.

In a now-deleted post on X, Cardi B publicly responded to the accusations against the father of her youngest child, revealing she has proof the chef is lying.

“Not once has that woman said anything to me about being touched.. NOT ONCE!!,” Cardi wrote on X paired with a screenshot of a text she claims is from the chef.

“I’m sooo sorry, I can’t talk to you,” the alleged text read. “I didn’t say that especially in the way it was written, please contact my mediator and she will answer anything you need to know . But only in person and confidently (sic).”

The complete context of the exchange is unclear.

The Grammy winning rapper is so sure of Diggs’ innocence, she said: “I put that on my two month old son in the name of the lord!! That’s how confident I am.”

Last week, Diggs’ legal team insisted the allegations are entirely false.

Speaking in the Patriots locker room on Friday, Diggs said it’s been a “very emotional time,” adding “It’s definitely an open case so I can’t even say anything about it.”

“I’m going to continue to be the guy I’ve been. Try to finish the season strong,” Diggs told reporters. “We all deal with life stuff, family stuff … being a football team is hard. You band together, you lean on your brothers, you lean on your people that you spend the most time with.”

Diggs is slated to have his arraignment on Jan. 23.
