SAN BRUNO – A person died following a shooting and a fire Friday afternoon in San Bruno, police said.
The shooting was reported around 3 p.m. Friday at a two-story home in the 100 block of Keefe Court, a cul-de-sac located off Rosewood Drive, according to the San Bruno Police Department.
Police said the shooting resulted in a fire. One victim was taken to an area hospital, where they died from their injuries.
The death is being investigated as a homicide, according to police.
“Based on information available at this time, this appears to be an isolated incident, and there is no known threat to the community,” police said in a social media post.
Police did not release any other details about the case Friday night.
