Moussaka. Turkish pizza. Not-so-traditional Baba Ghanoush.

A decade after launching in San Mateo, Hummus Mediterranean Kitchen is broadening its reach for those dishes and more with a fourth Bay Area restaurant.

The trio behind the concept — co-founders Onur Alkanoglu and Yasar Bulutoglu and partner Amir Hosseini — has redesigned and moved into a space at Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto that seats 80 inside and outdoors for all-day and late-night dining.

Turkish Mediterranean favorites on the menu include Moussaka, Kebabs (lamb, beef or chicken), Lahmacun (Turkish pizza), plus gyros, salads, fish and meze (appetizers). The namesake hummus is offered in Classic, Olive & Feta, Chipotle and Beet versions, or customers can order a sampler of all four. That not-so-traditional Baba Ghanoush? It’s served as a “loaded appetizer,” with pickled red onion, housemade labneh walnut and zhoug sauce and pomegranate.

Desserts, baked daily, include Halvah Chocolate Mousse with cardamom whipped cream, orange-scented Baked Rice Pudding, Semolina Halvah and Baklava.

On Saturday, the grand-opening day, 50 percent of all sales at this location will be donated to the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. “With the new location so close to Packard Children’s Hospital, it was a clear choice to support their patients and families.” Hosseini said in his announcement.

The group’s other restaurants are located in Mountain View, San Mateo and San Francisco.

Details: Open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily at 715 Stanford Shopping Center, Palo Alto; www.eatathummus.com
